Responsibilities

• Craft delicious food that connects Guests to our signature brewhouse experience.
• Set up cook stations.
• Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion, and presentation specifications.
• Restock, clean, and maintain cook station items throughout the shift.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.

Requirements

• Thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work your way around the kitchen and have safe knife handling skills.
• Possess a food handler permit.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
