About The Position

The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • 1 to 2 years kitchen experience
  • Team player
  • Able to be on your feet long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.
  • Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
  • Learn and receive training to develop technique.
  • Prioritize job duties based on importance.
  • General knife skills.
