About The Position

Thomson Reuters Legal is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, test, and scale data-driven customer journeys for CoCounsel Legal AI—our flagship, top-tier AI product for legal professionals. This is a high-priority role supporting a high-priority product line, with direct impact on adoption, expansion, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, customer success, and experimentation. You will own how customers engage with CoCounsel across the full lifecycle—from onboarding and early value realization in lower-market segments to expansion and growth into more sophisticated, upmarket use cases. Using behavioral data, product usage insights, and AI-enabled tools, you will continuously optimize journeys that move customers upmarket.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, digital customer success, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience segmenting customers and scaling programs from lower-market adoption toward upmarket expansion.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with a track record of testing, learning, and optimizing lifecycle journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle and marketing technology such as Eloqua, Pendo, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar marketing automation, in-product engagement, and analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using product usage, customer behavior, and performance analytics to guide decisions.
  • Comfort operating in AI-enabled environments and enthusiasm for using AI to scale personalization and experimentation.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve end-to-end lifecycle journeys for CoCounsel Legal AI, driving adoption, engagement, and expansion across customer segments.
  • Design, launch, and optimize lifecycle experiments—testing messaging, timing, channels, and experiences to accelerate customer value and pipeline contribution.
  • Build segmented, persona-based journeys, initially focused on lower-market customers and evolving programs to support upmarket growth and expansion.
  • Develop AI-forward nurture programs that increase confidence, usage, and readiness to adopt advanced CoCounsel capabilities.
  • Execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, in-product messaging, webinars, learning content, and community touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to align lifecycle programs with customer health signals, expansion triggers, and sales motions.
  • Co-own lifecycle measurement and reporting, defining success metrics and using insights to prioritize iteration and investment.
  • Curate and activate enablement and learning content that supports AI adoption and long-term customer value.
