About the position
Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking RNs and LVNs to provide skilled pediatric home care for medically fragile children. The role offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or per diem positions, allowing caregivers to choose from various shift combinations. The focus is on delivering high-quality, one-on-one care that supports the growth and development of pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Utilize electronic charting through KanTime for accurate patient documentation.
- Participate in education and clinical training opportunities to enhance skills.
- Engage in career development and advancement opportunities within the organization.
Requirements
- Current nursing license (RN or LVN) is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.

- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care is preferred.
