Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the position

Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking therapists who are fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia, experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations. The position offers a strong work/life balance with a flexible schedule where you can set your own hours. We provide both on-site and hybrid positions, requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office. You will be supported by a collegial environment with a multidisciplinary team and full administrative support that handles all billing and scheduling. The role also includes the latest in digital technology and 100% malpractice insurance coverage. The annual income potential ranges from $77,700 to $103,600+.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Utilize EHR software and telehealth platforms such as Doxy & VSee.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Proficient in EHR software and telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
