Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve plumbing problems independently
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
Customer-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings
Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and filtration systems
Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
Troubleshoot complex issues and offer clear, effective solutions
Communicate with homeowners professionally and educate them on system operations and maintenance
