About the position

SonderMind is seeking licensed psychiatrists to join a community dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. The role offers flexibility in practice settings, including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid options, while ensuring clinical autonomy and support from a multidisciplinary team. Psychiatrists will have access to tools and resources that facilitate practice growth and patient care, including streamlined credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to clients.
• Utilize scheduling assistance tools and patient communication channels.
• Participate in weekly Office Hours with colleagues and the Medical Director.
• Engage in collaborative care with primary care physicians and other healthcare practices.
• Control and personalize your caseload through thoughtful client matching.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed psychiatrist residing in the state of Nebraska.
• Available for full-time or part-time contract work.
