About the position
Arisa Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join their Adult Outpatient Clinic in Conway, Arkansas. This full-time, hybrid position involves providing mental health services, including individual, family, and group therapy, while maintaining accurate case records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a behavioral health organization and will work both independently and as part of a treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Interview and assess clients for mental health needs.
- Perform individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
- Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups to develop an understanding of personal problems and define goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling or social work.
- Current Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
