About The Position

Auburn Village in Auburn, IN, just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne, has openings for Full & Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We offer a 12-hour day shift (5a-5p) for full-time positions, perfect for work-life balance. LPNS EARN UP TO $36 plus a SIGN-ON BONUS (based on benefits chosen). We also offer an additional $1 per hour when working the respiratory unit. Sign-on bonuses are paid out hourly up to a maximum of $5,000. Mileage reimbursement is provided for commutes over 20 miles round trip (not more than 50 miles). We offer 6 months of reimbursed individual health insurance premiums after eligibility, plus other benefits including voluntary life, dental, and disability insurance. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Licensed in the State of Indiana; OR, Multi-state Compact License
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
• Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
• Supervise and lead CNAs & QMAs
