Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining high standards of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
- Knowledge of person-directed care principles.
