About The Position

The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our dedicated staff. We have Full-Time positions available for the 3p-11p shift, which includes a $2/hr shift differential and requires 40 hours per week, working every other weekend and every other holiday. We also have Per Diem positions available for 3-11 shifts and 11-7 shifts, requiring a minimum of 4 shifts per month and including a $6/hr weekend shift differential.

Requirements

Active New Hampshire LNA license required
Recent clinical experience
Ability to build rapport with residents
Punctual, dependable work ethic
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.

Nice To Haves

Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs
Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program
Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies
