About The Position
SEEDWorks, in partnership with EdTheory, is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide school-based services for K-12 students in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a full-time, year-round position where you'll become an integral part of the school community, supporting students, partnering with families, and collaborating with educators to help students succeed emotionally and academically.
Requirements
- Active state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for student mental health and school-based support
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services for K-12 students
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
