As both an owner and a massage therapist, Abbey understands the industry and the needs of massage therapists. Hand and Stone Indian Land takes care of their massage therapists, so you can focus on our clients! What we Offer: Up to $2,000 sign on bonus for full-time Up to $1,000 sign on bonus for part-time Referral Bonus of up to $300 Healthcare option Sponsorship of your South Carolina License Highly Competitive compensation structure Full-Time LMTs make $45k to $70k (20 to 35 services per week including tip) Part-Time LMTs make $20k to $45k (10 to 20 services per week including tip) Free Hands-on Training, uniform and CE credits available Paid New Hire Trainings with 12 CEU's. Requirements

Comply with local and South Carolina massage licensing laws and regulations.
Able to participate in a team and goal driven environment.
High degree of reliability and a strong work ethic
Able to work flexible days and hours
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean work environment
Possess or willing to get a Massage Therapist license for the state of South Carolina.

Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall health and wellness
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to each client
