About The Position

This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position gives Indiana clients access to professional therapy from the privacy of their own homes. The LMFT in this role will provide therapy for clients working through relationship concerns, family stress, emotional strain, conflict, and major life adjustments. The position is best suited for a therapist who can build strong clinical rapport through video sessions, keep organized records, and provide thoughtful guidance without losing the practical side of care.

Requirements

Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

Provide remote psychotherapy services to Indiana-based clients
Work with individuals, couples, and families on concerns related to relationships, communication, stress, conflict, and emotional health
Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment priorities
Help clients understand relationship patterns and build healthier coping and communication skills
Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and required clinical records
Use secure telehealth tools while protecting client confidentiality
Refer clients to outside providers, crisis services, or higher levels of care when clinically appropriate
Participate in routine communication with the care team or administrative staff as needed
