About the position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Master's level, licensed clinicians to join the Easthampton Clinic's team, providing therapy to both child and adult populations. The role involves delivering individual, family, couple's, and group therapy while practicing a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. The clinic values teamwork and encourages self-care and professional growth among its staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couple's, and group therapy to clients of all ages.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality protocols and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Engage in self-care and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Education, or Psychology.
• Licensed as LICSW or LMHC.
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle with an approved driving record check.
• Approved criminal background check (CORI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
