Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals within assigned programs.
• Conduct assessments, consultations, and monitoring to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Develop and maintain WRAP plans and safety contracts.
• Consult on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives.
• Collaborate with external entities such as vocational programs, Psychiatrists, and Physicians.
• Conduct specialty orientation training for new staff and refresher training for established staff.
• Handle on-call responsibilities, including phone consultations to assigned programs.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related clinical discipline.
• Valid LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC.
• Two years of experience working with adults with special needs.
• One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.
