About The Position

This LCSW telehealth role gives licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide therapy to clients from a remote setting while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule. You will support clients through assessment, therapy sessions, goal setting, and ongoing clinical follow-up. The role includes direct client care as well as the behind-the-scenes work that keeps treatment on track, including clear documentation, care planning, and appropriate updates based on client progress.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located in Indiana
Assess client needs, symptoms, history, and current stressors
Prepare treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical presentation
Support clients working through mental health concerns, daily stress, grief, family issues, and personal challenges
Track progress across sessions and update clinical goals as needed
Complete electronic documentation in a timely and professional manner
Follow telehealth best practices for privacy, safety, and client engagement
Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, crisis concerns, or care transitions
Maintain compliance with all licensing, privacy, and ethical requirements
