About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services for clients in Indiana. This role is hands-on clinical work: meeting with clients, helping them process concerns, supporting behavior change, and keeping treatment organized through proper notes and care plans. The work is best suited for an LCSW who can build trust through a screen, stay focused during back-to-back sessions, and provide practical therapeutic support in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
• Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health needs
• Complete clinical screenings, assessments, and intake documentation
• Help clients identify treatment goals and practical next steps
• Use appropriate therapeutic methods based on client needs and diagnosis
• Keep progress notes accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Monitor client safety and follow required clinical protocols when concerns arise
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all virtual interactions
• Work within state licensure rules, HIPAA requirements, and ethical standards

• $115,000–$120,000 per year
