About the position

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with Headway, you will have the opportunity to either launch a new private practice or expand your existing one. Headway is dedicated to transforming the mental healthcare system to enhance access and affordability for both clinicians and patients. We provide mental health practitioners with essential tools and resources to establish and maintain a successful private practice. This role allows you to conduct psychotherapy sessions, oversee medication management, and engage with patients in a supportive environment. You will have the flexibility to determine your own schedule, allowing you to choose how many clients you see and when you see them. To qualify for this position, you must be a fully-licensed Clinical Psychologist at a Master's level or above, possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance. Please note that we currently cannot accept applications from mental health professionals who are not fully licensed, as your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
