As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team, managing both sides of the desk to help clients and candidates thrive. You will execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders, focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional job orders.
  • Manage both client and candidate relationships effectively.
  • Identify new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Interview candidates and match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Participate in a best-in-class remote training program to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
  • Team-player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Technically savvy and interested in learning new technology.
  • Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
