The Lending Solutions Specialist performs all functions and duties involved with servicing of delinquent personal loans. This role involves communicating with customers to encourage payment, handling inquiries and difficult situations, performing loan maintenance, preventing bank loss, managing bankruptcy notices and reaffirmation agreements, monitoring loans under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, following non-accrual loan policies, and responding to consumer disputes. The specialist will also be responsible for imaging customer correspondence, preparing loan files for repossession, ordering repossessions, and assisting with reporting on collection, charge-off, and repossession activity. Additionally, the role requires providing excellent customer service, developing productive relationships, maintaining prompt attendance, and adhering to all bank policies and regulations. The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
