- Answering phones
- Follow-up phone calls
- Confirming next-day appointments
- Sending out client reviews
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Mac proficiency is a plus
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Outlook
- Previous legal experience is a plus
