About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support a busy legal practice. This role combines legal administrative support, client communication, and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows and excellent client service. You will work closely with the Principal Attorney, playing a critical role in managing cases, maintaining organization, and supporting both professional and occasional personal tasks.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems or legal software is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent research and proactively solve problems to keep tasks moving
  • Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Attorney
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Manage and organize client and case information within CRM systems
  • Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring timely, professional follow-ups
  • Prepare and file intellectual property (IP) applications and other legal forms
  • Format, proofread, and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking using legal software platforms
