Legal Assistants will work closely with our attorneys in reviewing files, preparing documents for litigations, account reviews and working closely with courts in multiple states to ensure legal files are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Review files based on client criteria and handle time-sensitive documents
Prepare documents for litigation
Perform account reviews
Process bank and wage garnishments
Work closely with courts, following files through the legal process in multiple states
Independent projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Associate’s degree or some college education preferred
An ability to work in a queue based, paperless environment
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
An ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive deadlines
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
