About the position

Join The Bainbridge Companies as a Leasing Specialist, where you will provide a personal guest and resident experience while closing leases. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and Touring our Guests: Enthusiastically greet our guests, understand their lives and needs, then tour our A+ luxury communities.
  • Manage the Leasing Process: Prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, communicate throughout the move-in, and offer an easy and thorough move-in day experience.
  • Marketing: Champion and create your local and digital marketing media strategy across all socials, events, and promotional activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service to all residents and guests, addressing questions, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
  • Guest Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects through phone calls, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and schedule property tours.
  • Lease Renewals: Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts by building strong relationships with current residents.
  • Other Admin: Perform various administrative duties such as reporting, maintaining leasing files, updating resident databases, and processing rental payments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite).
  • Ability to fluently read and write English.
  • Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
  • A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in property management or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of Internet marketing.
  • Leadership skills and coaching ability.
