About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will manage all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will provide exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community’s objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at optimal rental rates.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
2 years of customer service experience with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
Comfortable using computers and everyday technology, including: Microsoft Office, Email and internet navigation, Social media platforms
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following direction while also working independently
Schedule availability: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Summer hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Winter hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Flexible and willing to work with school schedules

Responsibilities

Collaborate and support the Manager and Portfolio Manager as needed
Interact with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancy
Manage leasing traffic, conduct tours, lease units, qualify prospects, and complete follow-ups
Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
Maintain databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and show units meet company standards
Provide exceptional customer service to new and current residents
Assist with keeping marketing documents, supplies, reports, ads, and web content updated
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and brokers
Stay informed about local events and hiring trends that may impact the property
Maintain knowledge of the market and submarkets, including competitors and customer demographics
Stay current on all federal, state, and other regulatory requirements and programs
