About the position

The Leasing Consultant at Griffis/Blessing is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to residents and the property management team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance. The Leasing Consultant will assist in leasing apartments, managing tenant relations, and supporting the Property Manager and Maintenance Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and leasing activities.
• Work independently in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Utilize Entrata leasing software for managing leases and tenant information.
• Engage with residents and vendors to ensure a cooperative environment.
• Support the Maintenance Team with tenant requests and inquiries.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• CAM, ARM, or NALP certificates are helpful.
• Knowledge of Entrata leasing software is beneficial.
• Savvy social media skills are a plus.
