Landmark Management Group is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for a lease-up community in Melissa, TX. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and possesses a friendly and outgoing personality. This role involves engaging with potential residents, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the leasing process in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential residents and provide information about the community.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Utilize strong sales skills to close leases.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Sales experience of at least 1 year (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work weekends as required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Yardi and Bluemoon software.
