About the position

The Leasing Consultant position at Destination at Arista involves representing the company to current and prospective residents, building relationships, and utilizing sales skills to market and sell multi-family homes. The role is fast-paced and requires a motivated individual who can effectively communicate property information and assist residents in finding their ideal living space.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and assess their living needs.
• Conduct tours of the community and connect residents' needs with available amenities.
• Follow up with prospects to promote the community and facilitate leasing.
• Complete all steps in the lease application process.
• Act as an expert on community offerings, rents, and amenities.
• Perform off-site and internet market research to assist in marketing plans.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in a leasing or real estate environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of property management and leasing processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with market research and marketing strategies.
