About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, people-first Leasing Associate to join their team at Meridian Pointe, a 360-unit affordable community in Tampa, FL. This full-time position focuses on creating an exceptional living experience for residents by managing leasing inquiries, communicating property information, developing marketing materials, and building relationships with prospects and residents. The role requires strong sales skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience.
Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals.
A strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping people.
A responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude every single day.
Sharp attention to detail and excellent follow-up techniques.
A performance-driven mindset with a love for growth and change.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be counted on.
A professional demeanor and a personable, welcoming phone presence.
The ability to thrive in a customer-focused, collaborative team environment.
Valid Driver's License required.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree preferred.
Mid-rise experience preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus.
