About the position
The Leasing Agent at Black Swan Living Property Management is responsible for managing inquiries and showings of rental properties, creating leases, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role involves working closely with the Director of Growth to enhance the leasing process and contribute to the company's growth in property management.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to inquiries/leads about available properties via phone, text message, and email.
- Conduct showings of available homes for rent in a professional manner.
- Create leases, document renewals, and review rental applications.
- Capture and curate media packages including photographs, walk-through videos, and 3D Matterport tours.
- Inspect properties prior to move-ins to verify cleanliness and condition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational and project management skills.
- High level communication skills.
- Great tech skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Driver's License is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
