As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our retail store portfolio by overseeing lease administration, ensuring accurate rent payments, and coordinating store maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
Administering lease agreements and ensuring data accuracy in our lease management system.
Processing and reconciling rent payments, invoices, and tenant improvement allowances.
Tracking critical lease dates and ensuring timely action on renewals and terminations.
Managing store maintenance requests, coordinating vendor bids, and overseeing repairs.
Processing and reconciling truck lease invoices, mileage expenses, and maintenance costs.
Organizing and supporting Real Estate Committee meetings, including preparing materials and tracking key outcomes.
Requirements
An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in lease administration, property management, or accounts payable.
Experience working with commercial lease documents, landlords, and retail tenants.
Strong skills in financial reconciliations and Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
