The Learning Leader - Cosmetology Instructor at Paul Mitchell Schools is responsible for guiding and inspiring students in a dynamic and creative learning environment. This role involves preparing engaging lessons, leading hands-on exercises, and providing personalized feedback to students. The instructor also prepares students for their state board examination, ensuring they gain the necessary technical knowledge and professional skills to excel in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engaging lessons that teach students the essentials of cosmetology.
- Lead students through hands-on exercises and provide personalized feedback.
- Prepare students for their state board examination.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Answer questions and guide students to reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to work one evening per week and two Saturdays per month.
- No experience is required.
