The Learning and Enablement Partner role is situated within TikTok's Business Training and Development team, which is dedicated to enhancing sales excellence across the Global Business Solutions sector. This position specifically supports the Commerce Sales team in North America, focusing on the entire learning journey of employees. The primary objective is to design and implement engaging sales enablement experiences that not only drive business impact but also align with the strategic goals of the organization. The Learning and Enablement Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to tailor learning strategies that provide exceptional educational opportunities for employees. In this role, the Learning and Enablement Partner will actively manage and facilitate various sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, vertical and role-specific training, and product education. The position requires the development and delivery of continuing education programs aimed at enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness. The partner will also cultivate relationships with learning teams across the Global Business Solutions to source, develop, and customize content based on the specific training needs of the sales teams. Additionally, the Learning and Enablement Partner will be responsible for maintaining a functional stakeholder relationship with assigned vertical leaders and audiences to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools, and go-to-market strategies. This includes curating and centralizing learning content for easy access by all teams, tracking course completion, and evaluating post-training surveys and assessments. The role may also involve leading training facilitation for team off-sites, summits, and organization-wide events as needed.
