About the position

The Learning and Enablement Partner role is situated within TikTok's Business Training and Development team, which is dedicated to enhancing sales excellence across the Global Business Solutions sector. This position specifically supports the Commerce Sales team in North America, focusing on the entire learning journey of employees. The primary objective is to design and implement engaging sales enablement experiences that not only drive business impact but also align with the strategic goals of the organization. The Learning and Enablement Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to tailor learning strategies that provide exceptional educational opportunities for employees. In this role, the Learning and Enablement Partner will actively manage and facilitate various sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, vertical and role-specific training, and product education. The position requires the development and delivery of continuing education programs aimed at enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness. The partner will also cultivate relationships with learning teams across the Global Business Solutions to source, develop, and customize content based on the specific training needs of the sales teams. Additionally, the Learning and Enablement Partner will be responsible for maintaining a functional stakeholder relationship with assigned vertical leaders and audiences to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools, and go-to-market strategies. This includes curating and centralizing learning content for easy access by all teams, tracking course completion, and evaluating post-training surveys and assessments. The role may also involve leading training facilitation for team off-sites, summits, and organization-wide events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Learn core operations and objectives of teams within the Commerce Sales organization
  • Actively manage and facilitate sales training programs including vertical & role specific training, product education, and onboarding
  • Develop and deliver continuing education programs targeted for sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver vertical and role-specific, continuing education programs that focus on sales skill development and product education
  • Cultivate relationships with learning teams across GBS to source, develop, and customize content based on sales training needs
  • Own functional stakeholder relationship with assigned vertical leader and audience and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to-market strategies
  • Curate and centralize learning content for ease of access and use by all teams
  • Track course completion + evaluate post-training surveys, assessments, etc.
  • Lead training facilitation for team off-sites, summits and org-wide events as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital advertising preferably in Training, Sales, Marketing, Operations or Client Solutions functions
  • Expert-level knowledge of Sales function within the digital advertising landscape
  • Passion for learning and people development
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
