The Manager of Learning & Development is a strategic leader responsible for driving impactful learning initiatives that align with organizational goals and accelerate employee performance. This role partners closely across the organization to identify development needs, design targeted programs, and build scalable solutions that support onboarding, continuous education, and leadership development. This role leads and develops the L&D team, oversees company-wide onboarding and training operations, and ensures effective utilization of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS). The Manager is also responsible for integrating innovative learning approaches, improving time-to-value for new hires, and managing key operational processes such as training logistics, resource coordination, and program delivery.
