About The Position

Lead and execute the hotel’s learning and development strategy aligned to business goals. Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and enhance team performance. Build a culture of continuous learning and service excellence. Support leadership development and employee growth across the hotel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in hospitality, service environments, or adult learning
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Passion for people development and alignment with Four Seasons values
  • U.S. work authorization required (limited internal visa exceptions)

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning programs that improve performance and guest experience
  • Coach managers and support onboarding and early success of new leaders
  • Drive training consistency through Certified Designated Trainers and leadership partnerships
  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to implement performance improvements
