About The Position
My Choice Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training, compliance and workforce development across our services in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in adult social care training who is passionate about developing people, improving care standards and creating a positive learning culture.
Requirements
- Previous Learning & Development experience within adult social care
- Relevant training qualification
- Experience delivering statutory and mandatory training
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills
- Experience managing training compliance and matrices
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Wales (essential)
Responsibilities
- Lead learning & development across all services
- Maintain statutory and mandatory training compliance
- Deliver engaging training to mixed audiences
- Develop induction pathways and competency frameworks
- Monitor training effectiveness and compliance reporting
- Support managers with coaching and workforce development
- Ensure training supports CIW and regulatory requirements
