About The Position

My Choice Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training, compliance and workforce development across our services in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in adult social care training who is passionate about developing people, improving care standards and creating a positive learning culture.

Requirements

  • Previous Learning & Development experience within adult social care
  • Relevant training qualification
  • Experience delivering statutory and mandatory training
  • Strong organisational and facilitation skills
  • Experience managing training compliance and matrices
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Wales (essential)

Responsibilities

  • Lead learning & development across all services
  • Maintain statutory and mandatory training compliance
  • Deliver engaging training to mixed audiences
  • Develop induction pathways and competency frameworks
  • Monitor training effectiveness and compliance reporting
  • Support managers with coaching and workforce development
  • Ensure training supports CIW and regulatory requirements
