About the position

The Learning and Development (L&D) Partner at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development among employees. This role involves program management, training content development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective training delivery and alignment with the company's talent strategy. The L&D Partner will work closely with site leaders and the central L&D team to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site-level learning and development lead and champion.
  • Partner with site leaders to create and sustain a learning culture.
  • Facilitate relationships and communications between shifts.
  • Lead and mentor others in the usage of Problem Solving tools.
  • Participate in a Learning and Development community of practice.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding training, including New Hire Orientation.
  • Implement a train-the-trainer model for localized training programs.
  • Build an annual training calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation and roll out of training programs.
  • Identify and prioritize learning gaps and put plans in place to address them.
  • Serve as Standard Work Pillar Steering Team Lead for Continuous Improvement.
  • Administer the site-level learning management system (LMS).
  • Analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business-related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years' experience in a full-time training, education, or learning and development role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Excellent facilitator/trainer using adult learning principles.
  • Proficient at using Learning Management Systems; experience with remote and e-Learning preferred.
  • Content development experience preferred.
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on training effectiveness.
  • Experience coordinating and gaining alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Content development experience preferred.
  • Experience with remote and e-Learning preferred.
