About the position

The Learning Business Partner for Marketing Excellence at Johnson & Johnson is a pivotal role that focuses on enhancing the marketing capabilities within the Innovative Medicine sector. This position is designed to proactively identify learning demand needs and align them with the strategic objectives of senior business leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the marketing teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes foundational and advanced marketing strategies, Value Excellence, Market Access Excellence, and other enabling marketing capabilities such as digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior marketing business stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between the Janssen Learning & Development Center of Excellence (L&D COE) and these stakeholders, ensuring that their learning needs are accurately diagnosed and addressed. This involves consulting with them to identify performance gaps and learning solution opportunities that can enhance marketing capabilities. Additionally, you will lead the creation of a unified set of learning programs and a comprehensive learning portfolio that aligns with the Innovative Medicine Marketing capability strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing content and learning solutions to ensure they meet business needs and drive desired outcomes. You will also apply the Value Excellence and Market Access Excellence frameworks to facilitate the development of effective launch and commercialization strategies for new products and indications. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the marketing team to facilitate workshops and strategy development sessions that align with the overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison for proactive identification of learning demand needs, prioritization, and alignment with senior business leadership on Innovative Medicine Marketing capabilities.
  • Effectively establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with respective senior marketing business stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between Janssen L&D COE and senior marketing business stakeholders.
  • Proactively consult and diagnose business needs / performance gaps to identify learning solution opportunities for Marketing capabilities.
  • Lead effort to create a unified set of learning programs and learning portfolio for Marketing capability performance programs, in strategic alignment to the Innovative Medicine Marketing capability strategy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and review content / learning solutions as needed in coordination with L&D Experience & Enablement team to ensure business needs alignment and to drive desired outcomes.
  • Apply the Value Excellence and Market Access Excellence Frameworks to facilitate the development of launch and commercialization strategies for new product and indication launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand needs and facilitate workshops to apply the VX and Max frameworks resulting in aligned strategy development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and frameworks, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to diagnose business needs and performance gaps effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing learning programs and solutions.
  • Familiarity with Value Excellence and Market Access Excellence frameworks.
