The Learning Business Partner for Marketing Excellence at Johnson & Johnson is a pivotal role that focuses on enhancing the marketing capabilities within the Innovative Medicine sector. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the marketing teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes foundational and advanced marketing strategies, Value Excellence, Market Access Excellence, and other enabling marketing capabilities such as digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior marketing business stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between the Janssen Learning & Development Center of Excellence (L&D COE) and these stakeholders, ensuring that their learning needs are accurately diagnosed and addressed. This involves consulting with them to identify performance gaps and learning solution opportunities that can enhance marketing capabilities. Additionally, you will lead the creation of a unified set of learning programs and a comprehensive learning portfolio that aligns with the Innovative Medicine Marketing capability strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing content and learning solutions to ensure they meet business needs and drive desired outcomes. You will also apply the Value Excellence and Market Access Excellence frameworks to facilitate the development of effective launch and commercialization strategies for new products and indications. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the marketing team to facilitate workshops and strategy development sessions that align with the overall marketing objectives.
