About the position

The Learning Business Partner at Vitro is responsible for implementing training programs that align with organizational objectives and promote employee skill development. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to identify training needs, designing effective training programs, and ensuring the quality and relevance of these programs. The position also requires managing training budgets, fostering a learning culture, and supporting the use of learning technologies within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders of the assigned business unit to identify training needs and learning objectives.
  • Coordinate the design and development of innovative and effective training programs aligned with organizational competencies.
  • Lead the implementation of training programs, including defining learning methodology and managing resources and schedules.
  • Continuously evaluate and review the quality and relevance of training programs.
  • Collaborate with Vitro University to develop measurement strategies and evaluate the impact of training programs.
  • Stay abreast of learning trends and apply best practices in the business unit.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Advise leaders on development and learning issues to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Promote a learning culture through recognition and communication campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers.
  • Manage the training budget and resources of the business unit.
  • Contribute to the construction and maintenance of a knowledge management system.
  • Support the implementation of learning technology and e-learning platforms.
  • Support the Head of Administration of the VU in defining relevant KPIs and promoting action plans for improvement.
  • Support learning campuses to ensure compliance with Vitro programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
  • Master's Degree Desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership roles in training, coaching, or talent development at global companies.
  • Experience managing large-scale training teams and programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in education and talent development, as well as legal and/or regulatory compliance in training matters.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Success Factors, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to transmit the vision of the corporate university.
  • Strategic thinking ability to develop training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Change management skills to lead the implementation of new training programs.
  • Negotiation skills to secure resources and support for the corporate university.
  • Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
