As Learning & Development Lead, you will be an integral part as you drive the L&D function to create and deliver high quality training to our stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in translating operational needs into impactful training initiatives, directly contributing to the team's success by empowering frontline stakeholders. Transform frontline potential into operational success through hands-on, in-the-field training and development. As our Learning & Development Lead, you will step out of the traditional classroom and onto the field where the work happens. Partnering closely with operations and department leaders, your primary mission is to design and deliver practical, hands-on training directly to our frontline teams. You will have the opportunity to coach employees in real time, build comprehensive onboarding roadmaps from scratch, and lead train-the-trainer sessions to foster a culture of in-house learning. This role empowers you to use direct field observations to continuously refine training programs that align with real-time operational and business needs.
