About the position

The Learning and Development Business Partner will design, develop, and execute innovative learning programs that support employee growth and align with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, create engaging content, and deliver impactful training solutions, making high-impact decisions to enhance organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver multi-format learning solutions that empower employees and leaders.
  • Create cutting-edge training materials using adult learning principles and the latest technologies.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Use data and feedback to refine programs and stay ahead of L&D trends.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong command of MS Office and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Proven experience developing and delivering learning programs (employee and leadership) across multiple formats.
  • Strong instructional design skills and deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and blended learning approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on data.
  • Proficiency in facilitation, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications like CPTD, CPLP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in competency-based and role-specific training strategies.
