About the position
The League Coordinator position at Amusement Devices, Inc. involves promoting dart, pool, and other types of leagues in customer establishments. The role requires strong communication and customer support skills, as well as the ability to develop programs that enhance league play and player satisfaction. The coordinator will also assist in setting up and running tournaments, and will work closely with department managers to discuss promotions and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Promote dart, pool, or any type of league in customer establishments.
- Confer with department managers to discuss promotions and customer needs.
- Develop programs to increase league play and player satisfaction.
- Provide presentations to customer owners and employees on the benefits of league teams.
- Assist in setting up and running tournaments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proficient in Windows and Office software.
- Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
- Experienced in social media platforms.
