About the position
The Field Canvasser at LeafFilter is a territory sales representative responsible for generating sales leads by engaging potential customers in their homes. This role focuses on educating homeowners about LeafFilter's gutter protection and replacement solutions, while also providing a pathway for career advancement and financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day.
- Engage prospective customers at their homes about Leaf Home products.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home.
- Gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
- Report daily results to the field management team.
- Develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
- Ensure a high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
