Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Wealth Management Banker (SAFE). In this role, you will lead complex initiatives to develop new and manage existing High Net Worth client relationships with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning for Wealth Management Banking. You will work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes an integrated planning approach to recommend strategies that utilize Wells Fargo's individual and institutional capabilities to create, enhance, and maintain client wealth. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing complex custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions to clients that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will utilize solid banking practices to strategize and advise clients on appropriate credit and deposit strategies and products and to manage complex customized credit portfolios. Additionally, you will make decisions in banking practices to strategize and advise clients on appropriate credit and deposit strategies and products, manage complex customized credit portfolios requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals will also be part of your role. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
