Responsibilities

• Train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Delegate responsibilities and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance.
• Manage critical care patients with expertise.
• Maintain accurate patient records and enforce practice standards.
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts.
• Effectively communicate treatment plans and post-care instructions to clients.
• Assist with clinic operations and lead team meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and staff development.

Requirements

• LVT Certification – A must-have for this role.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proficiency in advanced veterinary procedures, anesthesia, pharmacology, and critical patient care.
• Ability to engage with both clients and veterinary professionals effectively.
• Proactive mindset to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
