About the position
We are seeking talented and experienced UX Designers to join our Product Design team and shape the future of our digital experiences. As a UX designer, you will have the opportunity to drive the design of our connectivity touch points, including App and Web. You'll be responsible for translating business needs into intuitive and user-centric designs that follow our UX guidelines. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll seek out opportunities for both incremental and out-of-the-box design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into intuitive and user-centric designs that follow UX guidelines
- Lead a data-driven design process including research, user testing, and usage data
- Advocate for end-user needs and perspectives
- Use and contribute to the extensive Design system to ensure a holistic, omni-platform digital experience
- Seek out opportunities for both incremental and out-of-the-box design solutions
- Help define projects and mix customer insight with discovery workshops
- Own projects and shape day-to-day delivery and UX direction for products
- Design for TVs, Mobile, and the web across multiple countries
- Collaborate with other designers, product, and development teams
- Share knowledge and experiences to improve the design team
- Learn from and implement external best practices, thinking, and processes
- Identify and enable opportunities for career growth
- Play a key role in leading specific work streams
- Support the Head of UX in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking user experience direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers at product owner and senior manager level
- Help evolve efficient delivery processes with proactive and effective approaches
Requirements
- Creative and passionate UX Design professional
- Experienced in UX Design
- Ability to translate business needs into intuitive and user-centric designs
- Familiarity with UX guidelines
- Proficient in conducting research, user testing, and analyzing usage data
- Advocate for end-user needs and perspectives
- Knowledge of and contribution to a Design system
- Focus on continuous improvement and seeking out design solutions
- Ability to define projects and mix customer insight with discovery workshops
- Ownership of projects and shaping day-to-day delivery and UX direction
- Design experience for TVs, Mobile, and web
- Collaboration with other designers, Product, and development teams
- Sharing knowledge and experiences to improve the design team
