Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems)
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of security technicians responsible for installing, configuring, and testing security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems) for new data center construction projects
- Oversee the installation and integration of security infrastructure, ensuring systems are properly installed, configured, and tested per design specifications
- Work closely with construction, electrical, and network teams to ensure timely and coordinated installation of security systems
- Ensure all security systems are installed to meet quality standards, including testing and validation of systems before handover to operations
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning. Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Train junior technicians on security systems installation, best practices, and safety protocols. Provide guidance on effective troubleshooting and system configuration
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, system configurations, and test results. Generate progress reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, local and national codes, and company policies. Ensure security systems meet required compliance standards for data centers
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring that security equipment is delivered on schedule and installed according to specifications
- Oversee system testing and troubleshooting after installation to ensure proper operation. Assist with ongoing maintenance and support during the warranty period
