Responsibilities
- Install commercial integrated systems including fire alarm, card access, CCTV, networking, and burglar alarm.
- Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.
- Serve as a mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of field experience or equivalent technical education or certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of fire detection and signaling systems experience.
- Ability to decipher/design integrated systems in conjunction with local jurisdiction requirements.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to engage others through active listening.
- Proficient in company skills and best practices such as safety and equipment use.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Proficient understanding of software and programming for primary manufacturers used by the branch.
