The Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and commercial refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and freezers. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. The technician will communicate repair status updates with customers and the branch office, as well as parts information with the branch. Completing service calls accurately and timely, while maintaining a safety mindset, is essential. The technician will also audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked and maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms in accordance with company policies and procedures. Meeting on-call requirements is also part of the job.
